"AQUARIUS"
The Aliens
have landed! We were undecided whether the Aquarius speakers were Easter
Eggs or brainy aliens.
Designer, Koen Vaessen (Belgium), insisted they were state-of-the-art
loudspeakers,
so we plugged them in (to an amplifier, that is). And they didn't squeal
or protest,
they just produced the most amazing sounds. He was right.
Using expensive moulding techniques, and the very latest German High End
drive units in combination
with the near-ideal egg shape, these speakers produced some of the finest
sounds we've heard.

"BOX"
These are outstanding loudspeakers for their size and are a must hear
if you are in the market for compact stand mounters.
Finish is gorgeous, quality unquestionable, and sound is fast, clean,
open, with excellent imaging.
If you got a dislike of warm, slow, muddy sounding designs, these speakers
are the ideal antidote.
The "BOX" studio monitor from Belgium s VAESSEN AUDIODESIGN
was also an ear-opener.
A medium-sized speaker reminiscent of the JM Labs Mini-Utopia or the Wilson
Cub, the "BOX" had Scot Markwell, Neil Gader,
and I all asking the same question: Where s the subwoofer? Designer Koen
Vaessen was decidedly amused by the question,
but it was warranted the Box was putting out bass none of us had ever
heard from a speaker this size,
and with the kind of solidity and image density totally at odds with the
size of the speaker.

FURNITURE MEETS MUSIC
This concept came to life with the help from IDIR MECIBAH, furnituredesigner.
We used the technology from our "BOX"-line builded in an oval shape and added Audiophile filtering.
The cabinet is finished with Royal Black Leather by Durlet & brushed Aluminium with four stainless steel stands.
The result is a State of the Art 3-way designloudspeaker.
"ZEN"
ZEN pure twisted silver speakercables are specifically tailored for Audiophiles who prefer the purist and the "less is more" approach to music reproduction.
ZEN handmade speakercables are the closest thing to a "nude and unterminated" wire and are designed to closely match the linear simplicity
of the point-to-point wiring that is commonly used in High-end audio equipment.
VAESSEN - ZEN speakercable employ a 2.5 meter Single Pure Silver ribbon conductor for each polarity, surrounded only by a
thin-walled PTFE Teflon air tube to further minimize dielectric interaction.
